Geesh! What great service!
I ordered a light fixture from this company. Unfortunately, one of the glass parts arrived broken. After a quick phone call (they actually answered the phone promptly!) a new glass part was on its way, along with another identical part incase there was another break during shipment!

Would you call this light down lighting? Is the top of the shade blackened so no light directs up towards the ceiling?
This Fixture does not have a black cover on the top, it is just the shade.
