Rated 5 out of 5 by from Stunning, modern, but classy! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I live in a 30's farmhouse, and my décor style is pretty eclectic... I'm always looking for ways to update functional pieces in the home, without interrupting the flow, or making any certain piece or area attract too much attention. This light is stunning. It's quite modern and has a very "artsy" feel, but when combined with rustic, farmhouse, and vintage pieces, it really melds into an ambiguous place that can't be defined by anything other than the feeling of comfort and grace. It was packaged super well and arrived quickly and safely! (Which is a huge plus, since the first thing my toddler did when she saw the box was to jump on it, before I could stop her). While I'm not wild about the coldness of the light (I prefer a warmer tone), it's very luminous, and provides a good deal of light, even in larger areas. The installation was fairly easy-a two-person job, but the instructions were clear and easy-to-follow, and everything necessary was provided (huge plus, since almost any time I try to do projects like this, I realize I can't find some particular tool that I need). It's a sturdy piece and I anticipate many years of enjoyment and use!
