I do reccommend having atleast one other helper to hand you parts to hold the fan up while attaching and installing the fan. No issues with balancing, runs really quietly and is a perfect modern addition to spruce up any rooms decor. The light is a tab bright, i wish it was ajustable but still, excellent quality, packaged nicely and insyructions are clear and easy to follow.

It was nice the light kit was included. The satin etched glass allowed for a softer illumination of the space than the fixture that had previously been in the room. I really like the sleek brushed nickle finish. I installed this in our guest bedroom and I feel it really updated the space. I am going to order another for the study.

I also bought the Kichler Ceiling fan Model#35206 and was very disappointed. The light is very dull and does not illuminate the room. As I did not realize the poor light quality, I would have used the Kichler Lighting 52 inch Starkk Ceiling fan in my bedroom in lieu of the Kichler Ceiling Fan Model #35206 Savona 52 in. Weathered Bronze Ceiling Fan Model # 100051363

The fan runs super quietly, and it a perfect addition to our living room. There was one problem with the installation which made it a little tough. The rubber vibration pad had to be retrofitted to fit this fan. Perhaps it was incorrectly packaged, but we had to add holes since the 3 provided did not line up. The holes for the blades were in the wrong spot, and they did not line up at all. We made it work, regardless and are very happy with it. It's very quiet, and it looks beautiful. All the holes would not line up to install. This fan took about 2 hours to install (including some of our own rewiring and removal of old fixture). I would recommend this fan highly. Hopefully the installation issue gets resolved!

The brushed nickel finish is very modern and sleek. I was worried it would not be bright enough in my kitchen but it’s very bright and it’s clean LED lights. The fan has different speeds and is changeable to spin the other way. I am sure this fan will work for years to come. Thank you for making a quality, reasonably priced product!

Nice quality and I love how the blades connect right into the base. Very unique. The fan was fairly easy to install, and it works great. The blades are double sided with one finish being a silver/grey and the other a brown. The base of the fan is a brushed nickel. Overall I’m very happy, I love the look and the function! Perfect!

High quality build, pretty easy to install for a very handy DIY person (about 1.5 hours). Replaced a cheaper white fan with this, and it really brings the room together and finishes off the space. We installed in a 4-season sun room, with regular ceilings. Would be even better in a larger room, or a room with high ceilings. Nice product.

The instructions were easy to follow and took less than an hour to install. The fan definitely cools down our room. The fan is quiet and runs smoothly. We love that it still comes with a pull chain instead of a remote. The light is not as bright as I would have hoped it be but it does the job. Overall a really great fan.

Rated 3 out of 5 by Ravi T from With time, the fans keep getting slower and slower When we bought our new house in Leander TX in Sept 2019, we had 5 of these fans installed in various rooms. After about 2 years, we noticed that the rooms where the fans were used the most (living room, master bedroom and study), the fans started getting slower and slower. Obviously, the air flow gets greatly reduced when the speed starts going down. Even when they were new, the speeds (even at max) were not great, but they were good enough to have satisfactory air flow. But over time, they are all getting worse and worse. When we compare fans at these 3 most used locations at the other 2 not-as-much used locations (guest bedroom and media room), we can clearly tell that the speeds are way lower, almost half as much. And yes, I checked, they are all at the top speed positions. No question that these fans look great. But for the price, the reduction in performance over time is disappointing,

The only reason I gave it a 4 star rating was due to installation. During one of the last steps of installation, there are wires and a couple of small electrical boxes that have to be stuffed into a small space and it took some time and effort to accomplish this.

The blade installation is unique in that the blade holders arrive pre-installed and all you have to do is attach the blades. The Ceiling Canopy has plenty of room and makes wiring the fan quite easy.

This could be a result of me not doing something correctly, but I don't feel like I did anything different than the others. 2. The getting the wires positioned correctly when installing the switch housing was very difficult. I would suggest another 1/4"-1/2" of space to allow a little room for error. 3. I know that Kichler is trying to make the housing as shallow as possible, but a candelabra base is somewhat limiting for "typical" lamps. Additionally, halogen (although produces a great CRI and CCT) is one of the most expensive, short life, and inefficient lamp sources there is. I would suggest a quality installation (e.g. heat management) 3000K with at least an 85 CRI. 4. Good bonus with the silver/wood fan blades. 5. Very happy with the quality of materials, installation instructions, and performance of the ceiling fan!

Bulb went out in two days. I bought the same 75w replacement bulb but can’t get it to come on. Fan works great but I have no light.
