Rated 5 out of 5 by Alisha from I love this pendant with one exception [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This pendant is beautiful. It was ordered via the internet. I always worry about damage in shipping but the packaging was great. Everything was in one piece.The globe is nothing but quality. Heavy, thick and well made. The instructions were easy to follow. I hung this myself athough it's definitely a 2 person job. It's heavy. I have 2 issues with the light ... the first being the chain. You have to seperate the links for installation and squeeze them back together. Not a easy task and with each attempt it ruined the beatiful finish it has. I ended up using 2 link twist screw things from my old light. The second is the screw in bolt that connects the fixture to the housing. In my case there is a medallion on my ceiling and the bolt just wasnt long enough. My old light had a smaller cap so it worked. I had to get a longer bolt. All in all its up, its beautiful and I'm happy with the updated look it gives my room ❤
