My home is aged 60 or so and has an old steel lamp post without a light. I am trying to find a light that will fit over this lamp post but most seem to fit a 3" lamppost. The outside dimensions of my post is 3 1/2". Will this fixture fit over my post?

The fixture is industry standard and only works for 3Inch lamp posts.
