Beautiful and unique
I looked a long time before I found this light. I wanted a fixture that would go with a black one in my kitchen and, while this one is listed as bronze, it goes well with the black.
Be aware that the bulbs are only sixty watts and because of the Edison bulbs, do not provide as much light as you might think. At some point I will probably use a different clear bulb to provide more light.
I like that it is unique and not like your average lighting fixture.

Nice light
My electrician just installed this light tonight. It is lovely but the bulbs are horrible, very dull yellow light. So I had to put in regular light bulbs which don't look as good, but I need light. So if you want strong light like in a kitchen you won't like these bulbs. But the fixture is nice.

Love, love, love!
I bought four of these lights for a remodel job we are doing and they were even better than I expected! They project the perfect amount of warm light and add a beautiful touch to the space. Will definitely use them in the future!!!

BEAUTIFUL & hard to clean
I've had this lite for 2 years now and I love looking at it. The design is beautiful and it is well made. However, it is really hard to clean. It needs o be taken completely apart and washed, including the bulbs. Any dirt on it really shows, so frequent cleaning is a must. The large seedy-glass globe is pretty but fragile when removed for cleaning. So I worry every time I have to take it down to wash.

does this use a standard base bulb? can you use standard base LED bulbs? Does it come in any other color finish ? polished brass?
The manufacture recommends the A19 typw medium base bulbs only for this fixture. This fixture does not comes in polished brass finish. Please check Bellacor Number: 1768102 for this product in Brushed Nickel finish.

I'm confused by the measurements, I thought height and depth would be the same number. Can you clarify the measurements for me maybe with a picture of them.
The 16"-inches width of the glass shade, is measured from the furthest point left to furthest point right and the same measurement is refered to as the depth of the shade. The glass shade measures 16" W x 6" H.
